Gaede Real Estate Partners was founded to address this imbalance by connecting disciplined capital with high-quality multifamily opportunities.

Meet The Team Behind Gaede Real Estate Partners
Jeanette Gaede
Founder
Ms. Gaede was raised in Villanova, PA and attended Radnor High School. She went on to play Division One lacrosse for Lehigh University and earned her BS in Accounting. Post-graduation she earned her CPA certification while working in accounting and finance. She then leveraged her analytical skills to transition into real estate in 2013. Having worked on both the advisory and principal side of the business, Ms. Gaede developed a deep understanding of opposing objectives and how to utilize partnership agreements to align interests and produce results. She is a seasoned multifamily real estate executive with experience spanning acquisitions, development, asset management, and capital markets. She has executed 80+ transactions totaling more than 5,600 multifamily units nationwide, partnering with leading developers, institutional investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
Before founding Gaede Real Estate Partners, Ms. Gaede opened the Boston office and served as Chief Investment Officer – U.S. Real Estate Investments for a Munich-based private equity company, overseeing $1B+ in active development projects and leading investment strategy, underwriting, and asset performance. Her career includes leadership roles in both entrepreneurial and large-scale institutional environments, giving her a unique ability to blend hands-on execution with strategic insight.
Respected for her integrity, direct communication style, and solution-oriented approach, Ms. Gaede is a trusted fiduciary partner who anticipates both opportunities and risks. She brings disciplined underwriting, deep market knowledge, and long-standing industry relationships to every engagement — from sourcing and structuring to successful exits.
Years of negotiating real estate deals have prepared her well for her toughest and most beloved counterparties: her three kids. Outside of work, she can usually be found on the sideline of a Needham athletic field with her husband and at least one of their children.
Jay Sahni
Director
Jay Sahni is a Director at Gaede Real Estate Partners, LLC (GREP), bringing over 13 years of experience in multifamily real estate with a focus on development, asset management, strategic partnerships, and joint-venture structuring.
GREP operates through two complementary business lines: GREP Investments and GREP Advisory.
In his role, Jay oversees sourcing, relationship development, and portfolio execution for GREP’s platform, working closely with developers, operating partners, and institutional investors to deliver high-quality, risk-adjusted outcomes across U.S. growth markets.
Before joining GREP, Jay served as a Senior Associate of a U.S. multifamily investment platform backed by German institutional capital. There, he was deeply involved in sourcing and evaluating development opportunities, structuring complex joint ventures, and managing a geographically diverse portfolio of active projects.
Jay grew up in Newnan, Georgia, and earned his BA in Economics and International Affairs from Georgia State University. Mr. Sahni later earned his MBA from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, attending concerts, spending time with friends and family, exploring his passion for cars, and spending time outdoors with his Golden Retriever, Woodford.
